Devon and Cornwall Police appeal to trace young boy - Torbay. Police in Torbay are appealing for information to trace a young boy who was seen walking alone in Kingskerswell. Police received two separate reports from concerned members of the public just before Midday on Wednesday 14th August reporting a young boy aged between 3 and 5 years walking alone on Torquay Road in Kingskerswell between the Hare & Hounds Public House and the Texaco garage. The boy has dark hair and was wearing a dark duffle coat. Despite a thorough search by officers the boy has not been traced and no one has reported a young boy missing in the area. It might well be that the boy has walked home or his parents have found him and are unaware of the search by police. Anyone who has any information regarding this boy is asked to contact police on 101 quoting police reference 0298 140813
