Devotional October 29, 2013 READING FOR TODAY : Numbers 34-36 KEY VERSE Numbers 36:13 New International Version ( NIV ) These are the commands and regulations the LORD gave through Moses to the Israelites on the plains of Moab by the Jordan across from Jericho.. Father beloved: That I don’t have a deaf ear to receive the message and instruction You give me through men You have chosen to declare them. My beloved: Do not look to man, but look at Me. Do not waste time looking for perfection in the vessel I have chosen to speak to you. Did you forget that it does not matter the size of the vessel, or the condition of the vessel, or the material of the vessel? What really matters is what is in the pot. I have chosen to put My power in people like you, with imperfections and flaws, but have a complete heart before My eyes, remember that man looks at the appearance, but I look at the heart. These are vessels that can be molded and brought to My perfection. Do not stare at the vessel, but listen to the message that the vessel is emitting. Because if you look at the man and not the power that flows through the man, you will lose sight of what Im talking about in your life. The enemy has come to cause division within My village and is looking to discredit My children so they do not hear the message. Focus on Me, and do not fall into judgment. I am the potter. It is My job to mold each to My perfect purpose. If I can use a mule, I can use anyone who is willing to be used for My purpose. With love , Your Father who is the potter
