Dhoni has done this before too.....He made sure Dinesh Karthik who initially was a far better keeper than Dhoni & whom he saw as a threat to him was never allowd to rise even though he performed well domestically, except for the handful of opportunitis he gave him on the back of his performancs & to satisfy the media & critics while guys lik Raina or Jadeja who are still not so effectiv except in patches on foreign soil even after so many years of experience are permanently given a berth....Kartik indcidentally is also a South Indian...somethng Dhoni is not too fond of except in few cases like Ashwin because hes an IPL teamate....How can u blame him wen esply Keralaites are renowned for their paaraas & politics....But its a fact that Dhoni more than his countrys & teams victory prefers his politics which are partly justified as he does it for his survival but not that which he does for his selfish buisiness purposes as revealed through the match fixing investigation reports.....which is why he always for me will come after Ganguly who might not have many of his qualities but was alws more honest, frank, bold & less corrupt or partial.....
