Dhuva or smoked dal.. soak 1 cup mix tur moong masoor n channa dal 1/2 hr then cook nicely soft with hing turmeric n little oil cook nicely soft. Heat oil 1 onion 2 tomato 4 green chilles ginger garlic paste 1 small tsp red chille pwd coriander n garam masala pwd n cook nicely soft then put cooked dal coriander leaves lemon juice n kasuri methi mix nicely n cook in sim gas 10 min ,then heat 1tsp ghee put jeera curry leaves n chop garlic fry nicely put the tadka in the dal. ,now burn the coal nicely red take the onion skin put in the dal n on that keep the coal put ghee n hing n cover it for 5 min wow tempting dal is ready......................
