Diane Black - In its latest political stunt, the Obama administration has reduced the training hours required for Obamacare “Navigators” by a third—further proof that President Obama’s health care law is NOT ready to be implemented. Already we have learned that these Navigators will not undergo background checks or be required to have past experience in health care -- now we hear that they will undergo less than 24 hours of training before having access to our Social Security numbers, income and assets, and medical information. I am the author of H.R. 2087, legislation to DEFUND the Navigator program; however, until this can be achieved we must demand that proper oversight measures and training are in place.
