Diane Finley is the RECEIVER GENERAL of CANADA... CANADA is a bankrupt crown corporation in RECEIVERSHIP... (happened in 1931) thats why shes called Receiver General... shes in charge of handling the insolvency... Diane is basically just a corporate legal accountant - trustee of your birth bond.... your birth certificate is both a PAYOR & PAYEE receipt... (both CREDITOR & DEBTOR to CANADA - you get to choose....) who wants to pay her a visit AS CREDITOR in Simcoe to collect on the money owed to them? pm me - were organizing... theft is theft - no statute of limitations...
