Owners of the factory building: Mark and Brad Ducorsky, of El Paso. Owner/operator of the company and plant: Eloy Vallina, binational investor in Juarez and El Paso, sometime associate of Bill Sanders. Sanders is US Congress member Beto ORourkes father-in-law.
