Did a Living Wage Aotearoa New Zealand presentation at our Tuvalu Christian Church in Henderson yesterday. It was great talking to my people about the Living Wage Movement and they asked a lot of questions... wanted to know if Mayor Len Brown is supporting the campaign, what does it mean for those who work at factories, healthcare assistants, etc and how they could be involved. They endorsed the Campaign and some are already committed to the Living Wage Network meeting this Friday at 12pm - 2pm. Thanks to faifeau Tomasi Iopu for organising the meeting.
