Did a private appraisal today for an older woman, 86 years fresh and spunky. Unfortunately, upon arrival I learned it was to value her home to decide what she wants to do with it. She explained that with oil and taxes, it is $4,000 a year and she cant afford it much longer as it is far outpacing her increases in social security. She has a small 2 bedroom farmhouse, not a mansion. Id like PSEA to explain to me how SB 76 will hurt her worse than her taxes do now.
