The Humane Cosmetics Act (H.R. 4148) would prohibit animal testing for cosmetics manufactured or sold in the U.S., ending painful tests that rabbits, mice, rats, and guinea pigs endure when more reliable and cost effective alternatives are available. check it out,please and thank you
