Did anybody read the WSJ Review section this weekend? Miereille Guliano suggests people ditch the green juice ( she things that the green things destroy peoples metabolism. ) Instead, while slathering her French baguette with butter, drinking white wine, and oysters in the West Village of New York City, she suggested her solution to the obesity epidemic: A truly healthy diet, she says, consists of bread, chocolate and champagne, of course-all in moderation. She thinks that covers various food groups. I read this on the train while inhaling half of my Katzs hot pastrami sandwich/Coke. The only bummer was there was no Dijon mustard, but I did eat my pickle. I couldnt resist taking a before and after photo. As you can see I really enjoyed my lunch. I too love the delicacies she mentioned, but I dont think shes on the right track about her solution to the obesity diet. What do you think??
