Our mission is to facilitate placement of horses in second careers and we do it by mobilizing an army of buyers, adopters, trainers, placement organizations, racing owners, racing trainers, farms, and businesses. With two million horse owners in America, some 600,000 Thoroughbred ex-racehorses, and 150,000 owners of Thoroughbred ex-racehorses we can get this done. Bringing all of you together is the key. Next years Thoroughbred Makeover on October 4 and 5 at Pimlico will be key (put it on your calendars). Distributing the forthcoming state-by-state Retired Racehorse Resource Directory will be key.
