Heres what you missed: 4 min HIIT- burpees/ switch climbs or squats/pike to plank 3 rounds each pair: Squat w/ elbow touch Steam engine march Plank shoulder touch Glute bridge (single) Super girl balance Jumping jacks 5 minutes decline lunges or decline march and running uphill And of course a few rounds of high fives!! High five for trying harder than you did the day before!
