Did my first ever coached session yesterday at ALC. Bear in mind that I basically cant swim. I taught myself the basics from watching YouTube videos. So getting into a pool with so many amazing swimmers was tough. But thanks to Steve Whittle Im now armed with some basic skills which I will go away and practice. Thanks so much for being patient Steve, I found that really tough but very very rewarding. Id definitely encourage anyone to have a go. The hardest bit is a dose of man the f up and get in the pool!
