Did my first proper radio interview with ABC Gold Coast this morning. All the candidates (LNP. ALP, Family First, Greens) were there but a no-show from the PUP bloke. They split us up into two groups because of the small studio, the LNP & ALP ladies went first, then the other two blokes and myself. I wasnt able to say a lot of things I wanted to .... partly from a touch of nerves but also because of the type of questions asked. Also not a lot of time. But anyway I talked to a couple of people afterwards and they reckoned it went okay. Still got heaps to do .... the local LNP member said on radio that she does 50km a week walking around banging on doors but her FB page never shows her more than about 5km from her office. The electorate is pretty darn big so Im going to go to the smaller places out behind Hinze Dam to visit people there. Betcha shes never been seen there.
