Ethiopia always dominates all others in flavor, balance, aroma, purity, cleanness, aftertaste, sweetness and acidity. Blind tasting of all 7 coffees we had in the chart of cup of excellence cupping form Ethiopian washed and natural process took the top. Flowery (hibiscus, tea rose, jasmine, lavender), Fruity (apricot, mulberry), sweet honey aftertaste. Unfortunately, Nicaragua failed, tasted muddy, timber like. Indonesian coffee not my favorite one, it was way spicy paprika-like with chilly pepper and black pepper aftertaste. Sorry, Sumatra - you did not score well.
