Did some research today, Ill be doing more, on macro nutrients and using percentages to create a diet plan. Heres where I get lost, how many calories do I need in a day. Found a lot of sites and a lot of different numbers. From 1800 to 3200 a day. My goal is to lose some weight, gain lots of muscle, and lose inches. Currently 32 yo female, 59 (510 on a good day;)) and my weight is 200 lbs. I am fairly active, hour a day(more if I can) at the gym 4-6 days a week, work as a bartender/server on my feet 6-8 hours a day 4-5 days a week, and school on my feet and sitting in a classroom 4 hours a day 5 days a week. While 3200 calories seems excessive 1800 calories seems like its too little. Any advice on a calorie calculation formula or website to use to get a reasonable numeric that wont starve me or destroy the work I do?
