Did this for my man Kah but Im sure others can benefit. He posted a vid the other day of him doing behind the neck,seated military press . Im not a fan just because it puts way to much pressure on the rotator cuff and its and unnatural position to the point where people usually hurt themselves. So heres the workouts I do. First Exercises is a Bradford Press. I bang out about 2 in and out progressive hand positions,then hit 10-15 handstand push-ups then rear flys to hit the dealts for 10-12 reps. If done the right/efficient way,supersets or tri-sets can be a way better workout(in my opinion) hope this helps,kah
