Did u know that one pound on the scale, lost or gained, equals 3,500 calories? That means if you gained a pound over the weekend, you consumed 3,500 calories MORE than you normally would. 😖🐷 Your body counts calories like a checkbook balance. Consumption (eating & drinking) is your deposits and activity is your withdrawals. As soon as your deposits equal 3,500 the number on the scale will go up by one pound. Conversely, as soon as your deficits (eating less and moving more) equal 3,500 you lose a pound. That means there is no such thing as starting over on Monday morning. 😇 Although you would love to put it behind you, your body did NOT forget your wild weekend!! 😈 Remember that the next time you chose to go buck wild on Saturday night with an order of buffalo wings 🍗 (10 pieces - 1,500 cals), nachos supreme (1,500 cals) and 4 beers 🍺🍺🍺🍺 (600 cals min)!! You will instantly negate all of the hard work you put in at the gym the week before and youll tip the scale in the wrong direction!!!
