Did you catch a glimpse of the Aagrah’s mascot Lulu the elephant on Heston’s Great British Food? Commissioned in 1992 Lulu was a much loved character who participated in many Bradford festivals, she even made a star appearance on the Indian Film Awards in 2000 at the Millennium Dome. The life size wooden elephant can be found outside the Aagrah’s Midpoint restaurant and conference suite in Thornbury.
