Did you ever stop to think that Jesus actually took the thorny crown that was meant for us? He humbly wore it, and was mocked and beaten, then he was sent out to hang sacrificially on a tree. His act of suffering and death was a ministry of the Holy Spirit so that we would be given the crown of life. This was done because of Gods LOVING KINDNESS AND TENDER MERCY for us. Just this knowledge alone should make us want to DAILY CAST our crowns at his feet . Our hearts should be focused at REMOVING anything that stands in the way of giving Jesus our complete and UNDYING love, BEING A LIVING SACRIFICE FOR OUR KING!
