Try out this easy creamy smoothie… You need: • 1 kaki fruit, peeled • 1 cup of water • 4 tbs quark/ cottage cheese • 1 ts cinnamon powder • 1 ts bee pollen ( optional ) • 1 ts cacao nibs Blend everything together, pour the liquid into a glass and finish with some extra bee pollen & cacao nibs.
