Did you hear the funny joke about the closing? (Nope, we didnt either, so this will have to suffice: REALTOR sign recently spotted -- We have lots to be thankful for.) If you missed todays Resale Council meeting, led by chair Jennifer Cool, you not only missed the funny slide shared by presenter Skip Templeton of New Towne Mortgage showing a typical buyers expression at closing (trust us ... it was chuckle-worthy), but you also missed his great presentation as well that of Brett Thompson of Thompson Law Group and a great lunch sponsored by Jennifer Franklin of Prosperity Home Mortgage LLC (thanks, folks!). The afternoon also included an info share by New Homes Council chair Sherry Maser about the New Homes and Resale councils upcoming Experts Tell All panel discussion (9 to 11 a.m. July 24 ... sign up!) and a presentation about the I am one campaign by HRRA communication and PR specialist Victoria Hecht.
