Did you indulge too much last night?? No worries!! Ive got some ab moves for you to help burn off those excess calories! 1. Get in a side plank position, reach up with your arm then as you lower your arm lower you hip until it is hovering just above the floor. Raise your hips and arm up again. Repeat 10 times each side. 2. Russian twist. Keep your legs on the floor to make it easier. To make it extra challenging, grab a weight! 30 seconds. 3. Lie on your back, extend your legs straight out the bring then in then lift them straight up while raising your hips off the ground. Do not use your momentum from swinging your legs in this exercise- control it with your core! 12-15 reps. Repeat this entire set for 3-5 rounds!
