Did you know? A constantly running toilet can pass as much as 90,000 gallons of water in 30 days. Even if that is on the high end, a small constantly running stream of water adds up. They are technically not that difficult to fix, but with rusted hardware, getting them apart sometimes requires a few more tools than the common toilet job. I think when you are the guy who fixed the leak, you should be able to flush when YOU leak. Drought protocol must accommodate this truth.
