Did you know? :) Berryville collision center temporarily lost a major insurance carrier contract, due to Bondo dust and other mess inside a customers vehicle that was being repaired? Employees scrambled to clean the vehicle and shop before the insurance investigator arrived. The contract was reinstated because they had covered up the problem. Several persons have had to take their vehicles back for a second or more times, to have a repair redone, because it was not done right the first time. The most DANGEROUS mistake in a repair that I have seen as a result of Berryville collision center not doing a repair correctly, was a 2012 Ford F150 that was taken in for repairs after an accident, it was repaired, then taken to the service department several months later because it had a bad rattle, only to find out that the collision center had NOT even TIGHTENED the bolts and front end correctly. The owner was told that they were lucky the truck had not came apart and caused a bad accident while driving it. IT HAD BEEN A LIFE THREATENING mistake, because Berryville collision center did not do the repair correctly. Customers have had money stolen out of their vehicles while in the shop for repairs. More than half of the employees are convicted felons, and several could in all probability not pass a drug test. Is this somewhere you really want to take your vehicle to be repaired?
