Did you know? Crazy quilts originated in the Victorian era and include asymmetrical designs made of various textiles in a multiplicity of sizes and shapes that are connected by decorative stitching. "Crazy quilting" shifted the traditional ideas of quilting from bed-coverings and extra layers of under garments to decorative displays at weddings and gifts to the beloved; as well as a style of clothing that expanded in the United States and became known as a fashion in the late-nineteenth and early-twentieth centuries.
