Did you know, Hints and TIPS to Exercise for SPECIFIC results: Weight Loss: Did you know it is best to workout first thing in the morning as soon as you wake for a maximum of 30 minute before consuming breakfast? It will burn off all the unwanted FAT from last nights Dinner and/or lunch!! While breakfast mainly contains Carbohydrates, the carbs you consume for breakfast refreshes your energy levels for you to attack the day!! :) Weight Loss: It is best to eliminate CARBS completely at night so that your body can use FAT as a source of energy through the night. I mean, lets face it... who needs energy to sleep? An example can be: 100G Fish Steak with a Green Mixed Salad (Lettuce/Cucumber/Tomato/Carrots etc with balsamic Vinegar) and/or Broccoli/Cauliflower + green beans!
