Did you know ... In 1999, Sandra Bullock and Ben Affleck together were Forces of Nature in this DreamWorks Studios romantic comedy. Thirteen years later, FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) partnered together themselves to launch their own force of nature campaign in an effort to transform the way our nation prepares for and responds to extreme weather. Named Be a Force of Nature, the campaign encourages individuals, families, businesses and communities to take action and prepare for emergencies.
