Did you know Jesus & his disciples never taught on demons, they only went about demonstrating their power & authority over demons & the demonic realm. In only one instance, recorded in the New Testament did Jesus, give the disciples some instruction, concerning deliverance, due mainly to their inability to cast a demon out of a young boy, because of their doubt & unbelief. He told them some wont come out without fasting and prayer, not that it increases the power to deliver someone in the name of Jesus, but that it would increase their faith in the name of Jesus to cast demons out. Luke 10:19-Says it all-I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. I pray you hear what the spirit of the lord is saying to you. It is my personnel conviction (through years of ministry) when Jesus warned us not to entertain doctrines of demons, he was being literal, their are those who teach literal doctrines about the demonic realm that are non-biblical, this can cause fear, doubt, & unbelief in Gods finished work & the authority he has given each & every believer, causing us to be a demon under every bush type of people. Im not saying the demonic realm isnt real or the fight that Satan wages against us isnt real, but what I am saying is, talk is cheap in the kingdom of God, (For the kingdom of God is not in word but of power)...rise up sons & daughters its time to cast those vain demonic teachings & imaginations down & take your authority and use it.
