Try making some Beef Eggplant Parmesan, made with Amazing Taste Burger Seasoning! BEEF EGGPLANT PARMESAN Olive oil, 1/4 cup Eggplant, 1, large, sliced 1/4 inch thick Amazing Taste Burger Seasoning, 1 packet Ground beef, 1 pound Onion, 1 cup, chopped Tomatoes, 1-1/2 cups, chopped Tomato sauce, 1 can (8 oz), no salt added Garlic powder, 1 tablespoon (or minced garlic) Parmesan cheese, 1 cup, grated Brush the surface of a large baking dish with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and arrange the slices of eggplant. Heat a frying pan on MEDIUM and add the remaining olive oil. Mix together the Amazing Taste Burger seasoning with the ground beef. Sauté the seasoned beef and onions for about 4 minutes (until the onions are slightly translucent). When ready, evenly spread the meat and onion mixture over the eggplant slices and top with chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce. Sprinkle garlic powder and Parmesan cheese on top – add more if you’re a cheese fiend! – and then bake for about 25 minutes until the eggplant is done and tender at the touch of a fork. Enjoy!
