Did you know if Kumar Sangakara played 200 Test matches he would probably out score Sachin. Here are the facts Kumar batted 209 times in 122 matches to score 11151 runs, while Sachin batted 329 times from 200 matches to score 15921 runs. Sangakara would need to score 4770 runs to pass Tendulkar from 120 innings. Thats an average of 39.75, may I also point out that it took Kumar 116 innings to score 6000 runs. And for those who would be tempted to say he would have fall off from scoring runs, this is just hypothetical, we may never know but he just score another 100 which is not reflected in the stats above. My point is having the most runs dont make you the best batsman especially when you played the most innings
