Did you know people that exercise 2 to 3 times a week are far less likely to have mental health problems? Studies have shown that one of the best natural antidepressants is exercise. Its tough whilst its happening but the pain of 30-40 minutes is worth a whole few days of feeling amazing right? We now live in a society that is high with depression! high with obesity and high with other mental health problems. I can honestly say through experience that had I not been exercising these past few years Im not sure that I would even be here now. Its has been MORE of a saviour mentally than physically. People live in constant fear and lack of confidence and hide it each and every day. Your stronger than that!! If I can do it, YOU can too! Hang in there! Even if exercise didnt change my body in any way I would still certainly do it, as its so much more important for the mind! fit body = fit mind less problems, And a better you... Think over that one today. Peace out guys :-)
