Did you know performing one exercise can work multiple muscles at the same time? Yes! These types of exercises are great, because they require core stability, stabilizers to work, & challenges the targeted muscle groups as well. Below is an exercise I love rotating into the workouts for my back called: PRONE DUMBBELL ROW In this version I increased the level of difficulty by adding in a push up after I complete a row with each side. You can start by doing this exercise without the push up and work your way into this one down the road. This exercise works the traps, rhomboids, latissimus dorsi, posterior deltoid, & pec major to name a few. Add it it in next time you are working out the back! Share with your workout partner!
