Did you know that Paul McCusker wrote the episode East Winds Raining, which is about the attack on Pearl Harbor, while he was still living in England? This proved difficult because at the time, information on the event was scarce in England. “I went to a bookstore one day and found a big coffee-table book with the details of Pearl Harbor. It was expensive-and I was cheap-so I used a scrap of paper to write down all the information I could.
