Did you know that black cats and dogs are the last color animals - TopicsExpress

Did you know that black cats and dogs are the last color animals to get adopted? Why you ask? Studies show that peoples eyes automatically go to other color animals, skipping over the black color. They are sometimes difficult to photograph, especially in a dimly lit shelter/kennel. Also, black cats are generally associated with witches, superstition, and bad luck. Black is also associated with a villain or evil in movies. We LOVE black animals so while youre out celebrating with shopping on Black Friday, come see our black cats and dogs available for adoption!! Well have dogs from Ruff Love Rescue and cats from Feline Friends of Ruff Love Rescue. So join us at All Pets Considered this Friday, November 28th from 10am to 3pm. Why? Because black goes with everything!! **Feline Friends Tippy and Onyx have been in foster care for a year now without any interest in adoption. They are timid at adoption fairs so their true personalities dont show. At home, these boys are lap loving, playing, sweethearts that will steal your heart (not your soul as portrayed in scary movies). These handsome boys are pictured below and will be at the Black Friday Adoption Fair!
