Did you know that exercise affects the brain too? If middle-aged, sedentary people start a fitness program and stick to it (at least 4 days a week), they will push back their COGNITIVE DECLINE by 10-15 years. Not only do they look, feel, and move better, but they will gain 10 to 15 more years of a higher quality of life because of their MENTAL ALERTNESS! What you DO or DONT DO today....truly affects your life 5, 10, 15 years later. Makes you think, doesnt it?
