Did you know that poor sleeping habits can cause brain damage, brain shrinkage, accelerate onset of Alzheimer’s disease and has also been linked to obesity and hormone imbalances. As seen with my clients, poor sleep is either an adrenal issue, a digestive issue or both. This can typically be assessed with a comprehensive adrenal saliva panel. If youre not sleeping well and/or not waking up ready to rock and roll it is good to understand why.
