Did you know that the Government of the Republic of Kenya spent taxpayers money to lobby for the appointment of Justice Joyce Aluoch as an ICC judge?I had the priviledge of attending one such lobbying efforts by Polish Judge Prof Wladyslaw Czaplinski who was being fronted by the Nowergian embassy and the entire scandinavian region.This is no joke.But because of Uhuru wa Kenyatta and Arap Samoei we should act like sovereignty is the in thing as they auction Kenya to China.Are we such sycophants?The levelod such sycophancy shown by Amina the CS is levelling on criminal.Who is fooling who here?who is allowing themselves to be fooled?The ICC debate has remained tribal and as history always repeats itself,there are those in a few years time who will wish that Kenya should stick to the principles of the ICC.It is not like we have credible judicial mechanisms.
