Keys distribution Handling any funds Parking Pass/Bracelets Management/distribution Mailing lost items to guests Direct Guest Communication Handling your vendors payments(IE- Repairman payments on your behalf) Goin Coastal does it very best to keep homes and condos cleaned and maintained. If you need us for extra items this falls under the concierge category. What is considered Concierge Category ? Purchasing Passes/Bracelets on your behalf - Concierge Charge applies Vendor Arrangements - Concierge Charge applies Purchasing any Items on your behalf- Concierge Charge applies Furniture Delivery/ Removal - Concierge Charge applies Locating or trying to locate lost items- Concierge Charge applies Lockouts or keys lost by guests- Concierge Charge applies Each VRBO and Rental Company are unique and items are handled case by case- please note that WE ARE NOT PROPERTY MANAGERS.
