Did you know that when the federal resurve bank creates currency, they do not print more currency, they simply write a check to buy treasury bonds, that were created by the US treasury and represents our national debt, and the Federal resurve writes that check on an account that has no money in it.The US TREASURY sells our national debt to the richest bankers of the world, at bond auctions, and these bankers turn around and sell these bonds to the federal reserve bank at a profit. The check, that the fed writes to pay for these bonds, is written on an account with no money in it. This currency is just created out of thin air. THE bankers that bought and sold the bonds,at a profit, uses the currency, created by the fed, to buy the bond from the banker, to buy more bonds and the process repeats itself over and over.NOw here is the kicker, the bonds represent the national debt incurred by deficit spending.This comes about when members of our government, such as the president, promises free stuff.
