Did you know that youre using your to store and curate information completely incorrectly? Our spatial memory can be used to create whats called a memory palace. A memory palace, or whats called The Method of Loci can be used to build an inner archive of information for any and everything that you read. The mind itself is like a muscle that can either be strengthened or atrophy a lot like a muscle. This video is an example of me using the Method of Loci to play chess with my wife while blindfolded. I made this video when I was just beginning to learn how to build my memory palace, and Im still working on it, but after committing every coordinate of the chessboard to memory, you can literally play an entire game of chess in your own mind, without the chessboard, without another player. Ill be blogging about how to do this on the MassDebaters website, so that you can learn how to do it too. With the Method of Loci fused with deductive reasoning, you can literally build a labyrinth of information in your mind, exactly as you saw in the move: Inception. That part of the movie is actually a very real science thats not taught in public schools. Their employment can solidify the strength of your argumentative stances, and blow away those who behold your debate. For the sake of the debate: If these wonderful learning and logic techniques NOT being taught within the matrix of industrialized education, what do you think the flaws are in industrialized education, how can it improve, and how can we go about improving it?
