Did you know there are national wildlife refuges in the Caribbean? Buck Island Refuge 1.usa.gov/1mYF306 is about 2 miles off the south coast of St. Thomas. Red footed boobies and frigate birds can be seen nearby. There are 8 other refuges in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and the Jamaica Passage fws.gov/caribbean/refuges/ USFWS photos of the double rainbow over Buck Island and the red footed booby.
