Did you know, when we read "Person helping police with investigation" when police say "We better talk about this down at the Police Station" so they take you out of your home, into awaiting van, and off to the station. You have not been arrested nor charged so you going with them voluntry (therefore you can not do them for False Arrest, because your not arrested when being removed from your home). If a Police officer say "Lets go" you simply ask "IM I BEING ARRESTED?" he/she must reply to this, if "Yes" you most go or be forced to go, if the reply is "No" then you can point blank refuse and ask them to leave your property or leave you alone.
