Did you know you DONT need to train your abs every day for best results? It is indeed a myth that you should train your abs every day for best results. But lets add some explanation to that . . . Your abs/core are a part of nearly everything you do all day long and they are integrated in pretty much any effective workout. So even when you arent focusing on your abs/core, you are quite often still working them indirectly (think about it - when you run, your core is engaged and your hip flexors (part of the core) are working; when you weight train your core is definitely working; when you do kickboxing your abs are engaged as you punch and kick etc) And that is OK! When we say you shouldnt work your abs every day for best results, were referring to concentrated/focused core work where that is the only muscle group you are working. Your abs, like any other muscle need time to recover and repair in order to get stronger. #betransformed
