Did you know you could make a homemade: Oven You can turn a simple cardboard box into a solar oven. All you need is is a mirror, some aluminum foil, black paint, a sheet of glass and some simple hardware. Line the box with the aluminum foil, and paint it black on the outside. The black paint will help it absorb the heat from the outside and the foil will help keep the heat inside. Put a pot inside the box and cover the box with the sheet of glass to create a miniature greenhouse. Prop the mirror above the box to reflect additional sunlight into it.
