This recipe makes 5 10oz portions Ingredients 3 Egg Yolks 90g Caster Sugar 200g Mascarpone cheese 200 ml Whipped cream 60g icing sugar 3 expresso coffees 1 shot measure sambuca 100g Italian Boudoir Sponge Biscuits Method 1.Soak 3 sponge biscuits in coffee & liquor for 3 seconds 2.Place into a glass 3.Make sabayon from Egg yolks & Caster sugar, fold in cheese and finally fold in whipped cream. Pour into Glass 4.Set for 2 hours 5.Dust with Cocoa powder and serve.
