This class has a strong focus on technique, connecting the mind and the body through fluid movement and flow. Each week you will participate in a series of exercises that will improve and refine your movement, articulation and quality of extensions. Gain confidence in learning how to move smoothly through your arms and upper body as well as learning how to get down and up from the floor effortlessly.
