Did your breath get taken away from all the spookiness this Halloween? Have no fear - Pranayama is here! Pranayama, or the science of breath is one of the most important principles of your yoga practice. Thousands of years ago, people began exploring the connection of breath with a fuller, healthier life. Mindful breathing increases the Prana, or life force in our body, as well as refreshes the energetic systems, calms the mind and emotions, and purifies the body. In this workshop you will get deeper in touch with your breath, learn and practice several yogic breath techniques and see how they can deepen your yoga practice and bring more awareness to your daily life. Open to students of all levels. Be prepared for some discussion and breathwork with a light practice.
