Didnt do alot today, had to blade our road some as the rains have worked them over big time. Still have a few passes to finish off what Ive done but at least the rocks the size of a bulls head have been worked down & out of the way! Luckly the knee deep ditches was there to drag them in. Its working real well & smoothing great but the steep part is always a booger & take several passes. Then there is the soggy spots that arent too bad but will have to wait for dryer days. Just glad there is some soil on my place to make mud, after 25 years of dragging a blade over the rocks & breaking them down are starting to have some gravel ! Little less than 3/4 mile, across 2 small creeks up a bluff &woods all the way. Little bit rough, but to me sure beats asphault & neighbors. Also cuts down on door to door salesfolk! Well the little chore has wore me out, & figure a toad strangler to come tonight & wash the sucker back out. But reckon I need something to do with my time so it all works out in the wash so to speak.
